What Should an Outdoor Lighting RFQ Include?

An outdoor lighting request for quotation (RFQ) should define the required fixtures, technical performance, installation conditions, quantities, customization needs, and delivery terms. Clear outdoor lighting RFQ requirements allow suppliers to quote against the same specifications, making prices easier to compare and reducing misunderstandings during production.
