Are Colored LED Lights Full Spectrum?

Most colored LED lights are not full spectrum. A single-color LED usually emits energy within a relatively narrow wavelength band, producing red, green, blue, amber, or another specific color. RGB and RGBW luminaires can mix several channels to create many visible colors, but this does not automatically produce a continuous or evenly balanced spectrum.
